At what time can we check-in and out?
-Check In from 8am until 11.30pm, Check Out before 11am . Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

Is the price per apartment or per person?
-The price is per apartment.

How do I pay for booking apartments?
-We can accept free PayPal secure online payment system, available in 55 countries. You can find out if you can use PayPal in your country
here.

Do I need a PayPal account before I sign-up?
-No. You only need a credit card. PayPal will create a free account for you when you first register for booking with us. You do not pay anything extra for your PayPal account.

I can't use PayPal. Is there another way for me to pay?
-Email us for other ways of paying with a credit card. You can also pay with a bank transfer. Email us for more information.

Can we settle the bill on arrival?
-Yes, we prefer that you can settle the bill on your arrival. Usaually we required 30% for booking confirmation and the other 70% will be paid at the moment of check-in.

Which languages are spoken at the apartments?
-Italian, English and spanish.

How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
- In Via della chiesa 17 the building there are 3 floors. The apartment is on the 1° floor (16 steps). No lift. In CasaCarolina the building are 3 floors, apt is on 2nd floor (no lift). Ognissanti apt 3rd floor (no lift).Gaia apartment ground floor.

Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
- Yes they are provided; the rate includes: Weekly change of linens for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
-No, but the apartment is fully equipped to cook.

Is heating included in the price?
no extra foe weekly price, over 3 weeks can be request by owners.

Is there air conditioning in the apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
- Yes air conditioning, no extra fee for weekly rentals.

Do the apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
- Only Gaia Apartment have a court.

Are pets welcome?
- Yes, small size.

Is there a TV in the apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
- Yes, there is a TV in the any apartments, but not satellite.

Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the apartments?
- There is no telephone, but it is possible to rent a mobile phone to call all the countries.

Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
- Yes.

Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
- No, at moment, but there is an internet point in the nearby.

Is parking or garage available?
- The closest garage is Garage Fosi in Borgo Tegolaio, just 50 meters away from the apartment. It is available only down payment.

Where can we rent a car?
- In city centre, any information will be explain at your arrive.

Which is the nearest airport?
Florence "Peretola" airport.

Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
- On request, for special reasons we can hav a pickup service from the Peretola airport.

Which is the nearest bus-stop?
- In Via dei Serragli, and in Piazza San Felice.

Which is the nearest railway station?
- Firenze Santa Maria Novella, 1,5 Km away.

Is there a restaurant in the Property?
- No, but there are many restaurants in the apartments area, and we can offer a special a personalized service of catering.
